Victoria Tucci is an actor, activist and producer based in New York City. She is the founder and director of Theatre as Advocacy as well as the artistic producer at {Your Name Here}: A Queer Theatre. She is currently producing a new queer adaptation of Romeo and Juliet titled JULIET & ROMEO. In 2012 she produced and played Romeo in Romeo & Juliet Forbidden Love Comes to North Carolina, which served as an education and advocacy campaign against North Carolina’s Anit-Gay legislation, Amendment One. Other New York Credits include The House of Bernada Alba, Circle in the Square Theatre School; I Am A Moon, Columbia University; Dora & Jane, Fresh Fruit Festival; Three Sisters Experiment, Wow Theater Café; With the Assistance of Queen Anne, Strawberry Festival.
